     Dr. Marjorie Piechowski Dr. Marjorie Piechowski, was the Director of Research Support in the College of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and has more than 25 years of experience in faculty grant development, research administration and technical writing at three Midwestern universities.
